I have nothing but praise and admiration for Jon and his team at this excellent bike shop. Not only for their passion and excellent knowledge of bikes, components and apparel... But for their dedication and expertise in bike servicing and problem solving. I bought a very expensive Canyon Aeroad DI2 road bike that whilst doing a Bluetooth update failed and bricked the battery. Canyon wanted the whole bike back with a 2-3 weeks lead time in diagnosing and fixing it!!! Jon and his team had it in for about 3 days and managed to solve the problems and fix it. I will have no hesitation in coming back time and time again to this wonderful service centre and bike shop.
Lots of help and backing 14 months since being knocked off my 2 month old carbon framed cycle. Just manage to get on my existing cycle they have been great whenever I've appeared in their shop. Getting over fractured Pelvis + other damage. So thank you guys . I managed a ride into Louth from Binbrook last Friday . Felt a little unsafe and had to walk the roundabouts for not only my safety but others . Friday 6 Oct . That was from being told in hospital at 87 forget my my cycling days . Bought my bike from them years ago and have had services with them. Very reasonable and do a very good job! Helpful and passionate great guys.
Rang to query stock of a product, was promised a call back once employer figured out what i was after. Had to call back after no corrispindance, then was promised a call back to determin stock item and wether it was possible to borrow a tool, still nothing back a day later, had to go elsewhere. Half the battle in retail is getting people in your shop, once in, it sells itself, i was after muc-off and various other cleaning kit i hoped to but in store too, but my business was taken elsewhere too. Shame.
As a regular cyclist I need to rely on people who really understand everything about bikes. Owners Jo and Jim together with Andy are the real experts.
