This is a shame. I have been coming to Meridian for 3 years, and have brunch with my children and Mum every Saturday whilst my youngest daughter does dance classes. This week, I was served pink sausages which I couldnt eat. When explaining this to the cook, she huffed that she had the same complaint yesterday and that she had proved the sausages and they were cooked. She then proceeded to explain the make up of a sausage and how when there is more meat then they will cook pink. I only cook 98% pork sausages at home, and I never serve them pink. I wasnt offered for the sausages to be put back on the griddle, I wasnt offered anything else, and I wasnt offered a refund. Just a shrug and a funny look. As I say, it is very disappointing to write this because I will be in the leisure centre at least once a week for the next 10 years.
