Would not recommend, they did a succesful job of the mechanical fitment of the towbar. However they did a terrible job fitting a dedicated wiring harness. The loom was cut and rejoined incorrectly using scotchlock connectors. The outer sheaths of multiple wires were damaged during cable fitment. They repeatidly failed to follow the fitting instructions and were rude when questioned about their work.If you want a cheap bad DIY job then this may be acceptable to you. But if I pay a (supposed) proffesional I expect a proffesional job which I did not recieve.Update after response from FM AutosContrary to their responce they have had the car in thier workshop twice. The second time was after 2 weeks not a month. This was to fix the lack of communication with the control unit and remove the temporary universal relay, after 45mins they had failed to achieve this and refitted the temporary relay. Obviously this was down to faulty components not poor wiring. Less than 24 hours after they had been working on the wiring it caused a fault with the ad blue system on my car. The car went into the main dealers after the second time they failed to get the wiring loom working due to the fault that appeared which was traced to an incorrectly connected scotchlock. But that again was obviously not caused by them just a CIA style cover up carried out by the main dealer.I will however pop over on monday morning to listen to your understanding on the legal situation.
Great service and fare pricing.
I had a towbar fitted to my Yeti and they did a sterling job at good price, highly recommended. Plus they wired in a dashcam as a freebee. A business that definitely needs support.
Had a tow bar fitted to my 5 series touring. Great job by the lads at FM Auto electrics and at a very fair price. Don't go anywhere else in North Lincolnshire.
