Came out of store yesterday, very disappointed. Not 1 member of staff said good afternoon or did we need any help. Didnt go upstairs as grandsons were getting fed up of shopping. Had a pleasant chat to Helen on her shoes even though she had a few customers. Not how this store used to be.
