My experience here was interesting. Although the work was of a good standard, I wasn't impressed by one of the staff pretending to be one of the solicitors. I knew she wasn't the solicitor because I'd known the solicitor concerned some years before!

I am absolutely disgusted with how Andrea Park spoke to me today. I had another appointment booked in with her for 2pm, i went into BG solictors to be told that someone was suppose to call me to cancel my appointment. I explained i didnt recieve this call and that i had been waiting for this appointment for a long time and was very important. Andrea Park came out of the side room and was extemely rude in a loud unproffesional tone and said to me Dont you know ive got a serious client in and a deadline to meet? You were told your appointment was cancelled......i have more important things to deal with, make another appointment and come back when you have the correct documentation...... The way she spoke was vile, even the secretary put her head down in disgust. I was advised to put a complaint in, which is what i will be doing. The sectuary suggested a better solicitors for me to go to. Dont waste your time with her, youll be disappointed.
