Computers can take up to 10 minutes to log on. For regular users, this is now considered quite normal. It can take several minutes to change pages online or go to different websites. NO STARS. And an insult to anyone who needs to use them. Tories are to blame.

I use the library regualy and love going there the staff are friendly and helpful and the whole experience is a positive one
