Out of all the local pharmacist they are pretty much upside down. Don't know if they are run ragged by being next door to a doctors surgery or they or the surgery are totally incompetent. Most times they get mine right. I only go there for ease of parking and to get to the surgery if things are wrong.
Never have anything in .Last week i went for repeat prescription and they said it had been collected 2 weeks previously i was on holiday then i went back and they blamed new girl .This week went docs and she sent prescriptipn for antibiotics went back this afternoon to be told tomorrow . I phoned to say 3 days waiting for antibiotocs wasnt good enough and was told they had come down with repeat and the person who collected should have asked for antibiotics . It seems to me they always blame someone else . . Why when they have a prescription in front of them sent from the doctor do you always have to wait till pm the following day anyway . If i take a prscription in i can collect it (if they ever have it )Rant over
Local pharmacy for myself . Easy accessible without having to go into town. Free parking. Really helpful and friendly staff. They also offer other medical services. A varied range of medicinal medicines and other health items. They offer free advice and cheaper alternatives.
Avoid this pharmacy not 1 person in there actually knows what there doing.Arranged delivery on a prescription rang to confirm at opening time was told it would be delivered by closing time. Rang just before they close and they were "too busy" with other patients to get mine out with the driver! Now a full weekend without medication! Absolutely useless!! Ill be now taking it to the Pharmaceutical Council.
Wont use again. Been lied to each month prescription never ready on time always down to my last tablet, only wanted repeat prescription every month nothing difficult. Then to be told they couldn't get my tablets knowing I had run out.
