Never had a problem with the service. Efficient staff. There should not be a short cut for foreign exchange though. All queue together.
Made worse by having one position that people can queue jump for holiday money and business banking,why they can't queue like the rest of use I don't know.
Quite simply the pits, the ratings here say it all. Awkward, miserable and obstructive staff who give an appalling service. Ultimately, they know they'll stay in business regardless due to Louth's size, location and the fact there's only one other Post Office in town, some distance away from the centre.
It could be so much better with the right management and staff
It is over 20 years since the good people of Louth had this so-called Post Office inflicted on them. There are a some first class staff there, but the place has always been dragged down by the manager. He is one of the strangest and most unpleasant people I've ever met. This is what happens when you prevent competition. If other people could start up Post Offices, this place would be out of business before long!
