Great service, I had 4 new tyres fitted at the weekend, the team were friendly, kind and went above and beyond. Following putting on the tyres the team at John Darke had arranged for my car to be cleaned inside and out which they didn't have to do! I would highly recommend using them for your new and used car needs!!
The service here is exemplary and goes beyond what I'd require to award 5 stars. I've also hired a van from here on 3 occasions (they do car rental too) and found it to be very straightforward and professional with high quality vehicles. Well worth a visit!
Absolutely useless. Expected us to pay 900 for a new part even though they tested the old one and told us it was fine. Got shirty when we said we didn't want the new part unless they could confirm that this was the cause of the problem. Who would pay 900 for something that may or may not need to be fixed? We have no faith in what these people have said so we're taking it to Burton and Wilson instead.

Looking over the cars. John Drake is our nearest Ford Dealer. The staff are extremely helpful. Their knowledge of the range us excellent. There was no pressure to buy if you didn't find the car you wanted I would recommend that if you are looking for a new or second hand Car them give them a visit.
