Excellent service and support over the years I have been using them . Always helpful and look after the customer and their car. Always reasonably priced and offering excellent service. 2 MOTs completed this week left it late to book them in as usual but they managed to accommodate both cars and thankfully both passed and they even got a wash. Partner purchased a car from the dealership which we love and been happy with but some staff sarcastic. Looked online to trade in but there prices are higher than motor depot and lot less chose than motor depot and staff are really friendly so we purchased lovely car from them instead

I had a service plan with Thurlby Motors which I cancelled as I no longer had the car. The cheque was sent to me in the incorrect name and wrong amount. I telephoned to complain and was told to return the cheque and a new one would be issued. After 2 weeks I still did not have this cheque. I telephoned again to complain and the lady I spoke to was very abrupt and I was told a new cheque would be sent to me. As it was now over 6 weeks I asked for 1st class post that day but was told it would be some time that week and then the phone went dead! 4 days later the cheque arrived correct name, incorrect amount! Unbelievable. So I went over to Louth to sort it out in person. I was given a cheque for the extra amount but no apology for their error or the fact that I had driven 15 miles to sort it out. Customer service training is required! I will not return to this garage.
Excellent Service department. Graham West, service manager is very knowledgeable, helpful and a great asset to Thurlby. Sales department need training.
