Always a fresh session with new things to do to keep boredom away each time . The feeling of wellbeing coming from a solid work ethic makes you feel it's well worth the effort . Excellent knowledge of training disciplines linking it to your own personal capabilities and with encouragement forthcoming at all times it makes training less of a chore . What more is their to like !! Thank you James you're the man to come to !!
I love this gym. Very friendly environment, no one is kissing their muscles - they're just there to get fit and build strength. The personal trainer is very knowledgeable too.

Wherever you are in your fitness Evolution is the place to go to improve and excel. James has been coaching me for 3 years from virtually zero exercise to record holding powerlifting. A fabulous journey, never bored and always motivated by his coaching style.James is also an excellent sports therapist both for injury and great maintenance when training hard.
