I have been using this excellent gym and all its facilities since September of last year. I have in the past, been a member of many a gym, and I can honestly say that this is the best gym I have ever joined. The owner of this gym is passionate, kind and caring about all of your fitness needs. I cannot recommend him enough and his gym as one of the best in the area. All of the equipment is up-to-date and its changed on a regular basis, Harvey even every couple of weeks changes the gym round and moves all the equipment to keep you guessing! It is a refreshing change as it means you have to think about your next workout. I also booked onto a 12 week training regime with him and a meal plan plus some PT sessions. All of his professional expert advice has benefitted me ten fold. He has changed my way of thinking about eating correctly and exercising correctly. If I could give more stars than the 5 out of 5 I would!
Best gym in the area with the best equipment, constantly improving the equipment too! Always a fantastic atmosphere and very friendly. Would 100% recommend this gym to all friends, family and anyone interested in joining. I definitely recommend booking a PT session or purchasing a programme with owner Harvey, it has changed my life and I couldnt be happier with my progress so far and constant support from PT Harvey. Overall fantastic gym.
