Lovely welcome and a good atmosphere in this cosy little independent real ale pub.
Not coming from louth. And visiting the area a few times a year i always like to visit the Consortium. Its like a mini ale festival every visit. The choice of beer is great and all the beers taste good too. I like the decor even like the size of the venue mak3 it feel welcoming/inviting will definitely be going again.
Great place for wonderful brewed traditional ale
Can't beat it really. Great place to meet friends at the start of the night and somewhere to spend all night.
To many own brewed beers, try getting more guest beers, would be five stars with a more varied selection like other micro pubs.
